Big Brother Naija 2019 winner, Mercy Eke has stated in a social media post that it should be a norm for women to support other women.
She made the statement as a caption in a beautiful photo-shoot with her best friend from the ‘Pepper Dem’ edition of Big Brother Naija, Diane Russet. Sharing a photograph of both of them rocking a customized shirt with the a viral sentence she made,
“I just want to relas and be taken kiaruf”, Mercy Eke rhetorically asked if anyone has ever heard of ‘girl power’.
Going by the popular belief that women pull their fellow women down, Mercy then said that “women supporting women is not a myth”, as she tagged Diane Russet.
